If you're a MOM (Mom of Multiples) I have a question for you. Particularly if you have several young children....
How in the world do you go grocery shopping with the kids? I'm just talking sheer logistics here. Who rides in the cart? Who walks? What do you do?
Today we went grocery shopping for the first time in a couple of months with all of the kids. It was just poor little me and all 4 of them. The last time the girls were still small enough that they fit in the front of the cart together and the boys rode in the car on the front of the cart together. Today though, the boys didn't want the car, they wanted the space shuttle. It has 2 seats (with steering wheels) where the child seat would be. So there were no seats for the girls. I thought about having M walk and tossing a baby in my Mei Tai and putting the other baby in the space shuttle with J. M wasn't having it though.
I ended up putting both girls in the double stroller and pulled that as I pushed both boys in the cart. We needed cat litter and dog food so that cart got REALLY heavy, really fast. It was quite a sight! For a scrawny little thing I sure am getting some nice biceps from these kids. LOL
So I guess I just want to know if there's a better way? What does everyone else do? (And don't tell me you don't bring the kids because sometimes that just isn't an option for me! LOL)
