At this exact time last year I was watching one of my friends have her first baby, at home in a pool in her kitchen. It was a beautiful birth for a beautiful baby girl! Today she turned one! Happy Birthday Evie!!!

Where were you 2 years ago? What were you doing?
We were getting ready to move halfway across the country. The boys were excited and apparently so were Jason and I because it was during that move that I got pregnant with the girls!
Where were you 3 years ago? What were you doing?
J was just a "little" guy then and we were adjusting to being a family of four. We still lived in CA and Jason was in school full-time.
Where were you 4 years ago? 5 years ago?
I know that 5 years ago I was big and pregnant with M but I can't find the pictures to prove it. Probably a good thing though... It wasn't pretty! It's hard to believe that 5 years have passed so quickly. Tomorrow is 5 years since that last date Jason and I had before having children. Has it really been that long?
